1. System Submit (Job Creation)
The process begins with a formal entry into our centralized management system.
Ticket Generation: A unique service ticket is created with your contact details and laptop serial number.
Initial Complaint: We log your specific issues and perform a physical inspection of the device's condition.
Digital Receipt: You receive an automated confirmation (SMS/Email) with your job ID for real-time tracking.
2. Diagnose (Technical Assessment)
Once submitted, the laptop is assigned to a certified technician for a deep-dive analysis.
Hardware & Software Check: We use advanced diagnostic tools to identify the root cause of the problem.
Internal Logging: The technician updates the CRM with specific findings, required spare parts (if any), and the estimated timeline for repair.
3. Approval (Customer Verification)
At Apex Systems, we believe in zero hidden costs. No work begins without your explicit consent.
Detailed Quotation: We share a transparent breakdown of repair costs and part replacements via the CRM.
Client Authorization: You can review the diagnosis and provide approval digitally or over the phone.
Work-in-Progress: Once approved, the system status updates to "In Progress," and our team initiates the repair immediately.
4. Delivery (Final Testing & Handover)
Before the device leaves our center, it undergoes a rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) check.
Final Verification: We test all functions (Display, Battery, Keyboard, Ports) to ensure the issue is 100% resolved.
Centralized Closing: The management team verifies the service report and generates the final GST-compliant invoice.
Secure Pickup/Drop: You are notified that your laptop is ready. Upon delivery, we provide a warranty on the replaced parts for your peace of mind.
